PROVIDING SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES.
