TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF, RUN AND MAINTAIN ON A NON-PROFIT MAKING BASIS, A COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF AMBER VALLEY AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS, AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS, OLD AGE AND DISTRESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUCH A TRANSPORT SERVICE.
