Distribution of 'Gifts' to eligible persons in the Ancient Parishes of Horley and Salfords, Surrey who apply. Eligible means; Persons over 75 years of age, who have lived in these Parishes for 25 years or more. The 'gifts' currently are vouchers for local shops. When this commitment is met grants are provided for young people attending higher/Further Education, Apprenticeships and NVQ Training
