Charitable objects
THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FORM HEAD AND NECK CANCER ATTENDING THE HEAD AND NECK CLINIC OF EAST LANCASHIRE HOSPITALS NHS TRUST BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT THE EDUCATION OF TRAINING OF MEDICAL STAFF, THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION, SUPPORT, COUNSELLING AND SUCH OTHER SERVICES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE PROVIDED THAT THE PROVISION OF SUCH SERVICES SHALL NOT RELIEVE ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY, RELEVANT HEALTH SERVICE TRUST OR OTHER BODY OF ITS STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS.
