Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE "OBJECTS"):- THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGION AND THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE STUDY AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGION AND SUBJECT THERETO FOR SUCH OTHER OBJECTS THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE.
