TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 0 AND 25 YEARS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN NOTTINGHAM (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT").
