Charitable objects

TO FURTHER THE AIMS AND OBJECTS OF B'NAI B'RITH (HILLEL) FOUNDATION IN GENERAL AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROMOTION OF THE EDUCATIONAL AND RELIGIOUS WELFARE OF JEWISH STUDENTS AND GRADUATES ORDINARILY OR TEMPORARILY RESIDENT IN THE WEST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE AND WITH A VIEW THERETO:- (1) TO ACQUIRE IN LEEDS, IN OR NEAR THE UNIVERSITY AREA, PROPERTY CAPABLE OF BEING USED FOR THE AFORESAID PURPOSES OR ANY OF THEM AND AS THE MEETING PLACE FOR THE AFORESAID PURPOSES FOR ALL JEWISH STUDENTS AND GRADUATES IN THE WEST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE. (2) TO FACILITATE THE INTERCOMMUNICATION OF SUCH STUDENTS AND GRADUATES WITH MEMBERS OF THE SEVERAL ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.
