TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST. MARGARET, RANHAM WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECTS SPECIFIED ABOVE, THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY IT FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF PERSONS IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST. MARGARET, RAINHAM.
