(A) THE PROMOTION OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE COUNTY OF KENT FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE FROM PUBLIC RATES AND TAXES OR OTHERWISE FROM PUBLIC FUNDS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUT DISCRETION DETERMINE. (B) TO SUPPORT ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
