THE PROPERTY, NOW DESCRIBED IN LAND REGISTRY DOCUMENTS REFERENCED SY495144, IS HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL INTENDED PRIMARILY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF VALLEY END BUT ALSO FOR THE USE OF OTHERS, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES, SOCIAL EVENTS AND GAMES.
