Charitable objects

(1) THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION (OR ASSISTANCE IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION) OF FACILITIES WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE YOUNG PERSONS IN ANY PART OF THE BRITISH ISLES TO PLAY CRICKET OR GAMES OR SPORTS. (II) THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION (OR ASSISTANCE IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION) OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE IN ANY PART OF THE UK (WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED) FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
