TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF BEXLEY AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE ARE UNEMPLOYED AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SAID INHABITANTS.
