TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO LEARN SKILL RELATED TO CARRIAGE DRIVING, SPORTS DRIVING AND HORSE RIDING FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND VOLUNTEERS.
