THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD BUT PRIMARILY CHINA WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF CONFLICTS OR NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE, OR CATASTROPHE BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND MEDICAL AID AND GOODS AND SERVICES TO SUCH PERSONS. TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THESE PERSONS IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN THEIR SOCIETY. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF STUDENTS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED EDUCATION.
