THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO PEOPLE LIVING IN OXFORDSHIRE IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR MAY BE IN THE FUTURE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.
