Charitable objects

1. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT (EDUCATION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE ADVANCEMENT OF COMMUNITY EDUCATION, PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE, THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH, THE PROVISION OF TRAINING, THE IMPROVEMENT OF SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES AND THE FUNDING OF EDUCATIONAL PRIZE FUNDS). 2. TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF THOSE AFFECTED BY CANCER IN SUCH WAYS AS ARE DEEMED TO BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN LAW AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
