THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IS TO BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN ASSISTING PERSONS IN WANT WHO SHALL BE RESIDENT AT THE TIME OF SUCH APPLICATION WITHIN THREE MILES MEASURED IN A DIRECT LINE OF THE PARISH CHURCH AT HOLCOMBE.
