"FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE ASYLUM SEEKERS FROM THE CAMEROON BY RELIEVING SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS, BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, SUPPORT AND INFORMATION."
