MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 20 AUGUST 2008
3.1 TO RELIEVE POVERTY, DISTRESS AND HARDSHIP AMONG CHILDREN, PARTICULARLY THOSE ABANDONED, ORPHANED, IMPOVERISHED OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE IN NEED, WHICH IMPROVES THE QUALITY OF AND MAY EVEN SAVE LIVES.
3.2 TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES AND RESOURCES FOR EDUCATION OF CHILDREN
3.3 THE RELIEF AND REHABILITATION OF PERSONS WHO BY VIRTUE OF AGE, POVERTY, MALNUTRITION, DISEASES, AND ALL MANNER OF SICKNESS OR POOR HEALTH, NATURAL OR MAN-MADE DISASTERS OR ANY OTHER REASONS HAVE BEEN DEPRIVED OF THE BASIC NECESSITIES OF HUMAN LIFE.
3.4 ANY OTHER SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
NOTE: ALL THE ABOVE OBJECTIVES ARE AIMED AT THE YOUNG, THE ELDERLY, POOR AND NEEDY, THE VULNERABLE AND DISADVANTAGED, THOSE SEEKING ASYLUM OR ARE REFUGEES, ACROSS THE WORLD.
THESE OBJECTIVES ARE PURSUED WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF RACE, GENDER, DISABILITY, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR RELIGION.
