A TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION FOR PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES OR FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED.
B TO MAKE DONATIONS OR PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR: 1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, 2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, 3) THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION, 4) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH OR THE SAVING OF LIVES, 5) THE ADVANCEMENT OF CITIZENSHIP OR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT; AND
C TO FURTHER SUCH PURPOSES WHICH ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
